I became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2007 started working with Dr. Skidmore in 2013. What I love most about being a dental hygienist is building relationships with my patients while providing optimal dental care and educating them about the importance of their oral hygiene. I strive to make sure my patients feel comfortable and at ease while in the dental chair and want them to have the best experience possible.

 

I’ve been married for 19 years and we have 3 daughters. We love to do anything outdoors such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, hiking and hanging out at the beach.

I started in the dental field in 1988 and joined Dr. Skidmore’s team in 2008. I am passionate about serving patients with their oral-systemic dental hygiene care. I have loved dentistry ever since I was six years old when I had my first filling. Yeah, I thought the dental office was super cool and couldn’t wait to go back for my check-ups every six months! Shortly after graduating from high school, I started my journey in dentistry in 1988 as a dental assistant. I became a licensed Registered Dental Assistant in 1989 and proceeded working in Periodontics, General Dentistry and Orthodontics. I advanced my education at Loma Linda University completing a Bachelor of Science of Dental Hygiene in 2003 and have been practicing dental hygiene with a focus on comprehensive oral prophylaxis and periodontal therapies ever since. I contributed to educational services as Assistant Professor and as a volunteer at the Loma Linda University School of Dental Hygiene from 2005 to 2015. In 2017, I advanced my education to acquire licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice to provide dental hygiene services to underserved populations. In 2021, I completed a Master of Public Health degree from West Coast University. I strive to provide optimal dental hygiene services putting service before self.

 

My husband and I keep very busy with acreage and my two horses. Family is everything to me. We enjoy traveling as much as possible. Our grandchildren currently live in Hawaii. We make every effort to visit them several times a year. Hiking, painting, off-road adventures, gardening, fitness, and cooking keep me enthusiastically busy between the grind of career and family activities.

I started in the dental field as a Registered Hygienist in 2004 and joined Dr. Skidmore’s team in 2014. I was fortunate to grow up with amazing dental care from dental professionals that always fed my curiosity. I was twelve years old when I decided I wanted to be a Dental Hygienist and I never changed my mind. I love providing exceptional care to my patients and creating the perfect dental experience so they can walk away loving the dentist like I always have.

 

I love vacationing in Mexico, camping with my family and enjoying the beautiful wineries of Temecula.

I started in the Dental field in 2003 and joined Dr. Skidmore’s team in 2018. Growing up, my grandpa was a dentist and I have such fun memories of going to his office for all of my appointments and having a great experience. However, I understand that going to the dentist office can often be scary and stressful for some. I enjoy helping our patients feel welcome and comfortable from the minute they walk in the door the the minute they leave. I love Interacting with our patients and not only helping them with their dental/financial questions and concerns, but also building a personal relationship with them.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married to my wonderful husband and have a son and daughter. We keep busy and love being involved with and supporting the kids in their sports and activities. I also like going to the gym, snowboarding, hiking, days at the beach, going to church, and spending time with my friends.

I entered in the dental field in 2012 and I started working for Dr. Skidmore in 2024.  I began my journey by graduating dental assistant school and continued in that position until 2018. I then began working my way into the administrative part of the field.  As I reflect on my dental career, I am filled with a profound sense of fulfillment and joy.  Each day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients, helping them achieve not only brighter smiles but also enhanced confidence and overall well-being.  The relationships I build with our patients, understanding their fears and hopes allow me to provide genuine care and support.  I am continually inspired by the advancements in dentistry that empower us to offer the best possible solutions.  The challenges I face only deepen my passion, reminding me of the importance of compassion and skill in this vital field.  Ultimately, my career in dentistry is not just a profession, it is a calling that brings me immense joy and satisfaction. 

 

Some of my hobbies include spending quality time with my 2 kids and going to amusement parks and watching movies at the theater.  I love going to the gym every day.  It really is my therapy but ultimately family quality time and making people smile are my favorite things ever.

I started in the dental field in 2012 and joined Dr. Skidmore’s team in 2024.  I started in dentistry because I wanted to help people overcome their dental anxieties.  There’s something incredibly fulfilling about helping others get the care they need and see them leave more confident than when they walked in.  Whether it’s easing someone’s fear or giving them a smile they’ve always wanted!

 

When I’m not in the office, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, sipping wine, or spending quality time with my hubby and our two fur babies, Kash and Zoey.  I’m also a big book nerd, always on the lookout for my next great read.

My journey in the dental field started in 2008.  I became a member of Dr. Skidmore’s dental family in 2024.  As a young girl I was always anxious of the dentist since I’ve always had teeth problems.  But the one person that eased my anxiety was the dental assistant and the reassurance they provided.  I strive to give that same reassurance and peace to our patients.

I’m a mom of 4 and I love to garden, cook up a big meal or snuggle on the couch with a good documentary.  I love to organize and crochet.

I started in the dental field in 2020 and joined Dr. Skidmore’s team in 2024.  What I love most about working in the dental field is having the opportunity to help patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit.  Help patients over the years has shown me how much of an impact a healthy smile can have on someone’s confidence, whether it’s easing a patient’s nerves or seeing them leave with a brighter, happier smile.  Being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, one of my favorite hobbies and something I’m really into is making dental jewelry.  It’s a fun mix of art and craftsmanship.  I love designing custom pieces that reflect someone’s unique style.  I’m passionate about art in general, whether it’s drawing or exploring.  If I’m not creating, I’m outdoors hiking, camping, or listening to music.
