Meet Dr. Sterling
Dr. Sterling joined our practice in 2026. Finding the right dentist to join our team was incredibly important, and we took great care in selecting someone who shares our office philosophy, values, and commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
Dr. Sterling is dedicated to listening to his patients, helping them improve their oral health, and giving them confidence in their smiles. His caring, kind, and compassionate approach to dentistry made him a perfect fit for our practice and our patients.
Dr. Sterling grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee, and after graduating high school, spent two years serving a mission in Ecuador. During his time there, he learned Spanish and developed a deep passion for serving others.
After returning home, Dr. Sterling graduated from Brigham Young University before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences. He was also selected to complete an external rotation with UC San Diego Health.
Dr. Sterling married his wife, Makenna, in 2020, and together they have two beautiful daughters. Outside the office, he enjoys surfing, riding motorcycles, and cheering on the San Diego Padres.
